Q: Can I install my Lock Lizard license on multiple devices?
Yes.  You can install your Lock Lizard license on up to two devices.

Q. Can I transfer my Lock Lizard license to another device if its already installed?
Yes.  If you have installed your Lock Lizard license on one device but would like to transfer it to another, you can do this.  For example, it it has been installed on a PC but you would like to install it on your laptop instead, you can transfer the license.  Please keep in mind that you will not be able to have your Lock Lizard license installed on both devices at the same time.

Q: How do I transfer my Lock Lizard License to another device?
If you would like to transfer your license to another device, you will first need to uninstall the license on your current device.  Once you have uninstalled the license on the original device, you will need to contact Proteus Networks to have your license reset and resent so it can be installed on your new device.  

To Unistall and request a reset, follow the below:

1. Remove the Keystore file. Start>All Programs>Lock Lizard>Remove Keystore
2. Once the Keystore has been removed, uninstall the program
3. Send an email to proteuspress@proteus.net to request that your Lock Lizard License be reset

Q. Can I run Lock Lizard on the Linux OS?
Lock Lizard cannot be run on the Linux OS.  It is compatible with both Windows and Mac OS.
